Artist's Statement:

Katie Nieland is an artist from Lincoln, Nebraska whose work focuses on the beauty and brightness of our natural world, especially the Great Plains. "I love to make accessible art that celebrates the flora, fauna, and landscapes here in flyover country. There are remarkable, amazing things to discover and I'm hoping my art helps people think of this region in a new way."
